Day 286

Random things, Hanukkah edition

• My hair has looked really good the past couple of days. Either that pregnancy glow is kicking in or the Olaplex products are working extra hard or both. 
• I got some last minute stuff at Target for my trip to D.C. tomorrow, like a hat and gloves. 
• I’ve been thinking about Mom a lot lately. I miss her so much and want to talk to her about everything going on. 
• I’m beginning to piece together the small details for the wedding and I can’t believe it’s in just two months. 
• Though the start of Hanukkah was rocky, especially given the ongoing grief and pregnancy hormones, it’s been a really meaningful holiday. I’m grateful for my chosen family and have so much to look forward to in the coming months.
