Day 115

A Prayer

Lord, grant me the strength to be true to myself

Please grant me the ability to tell my story in a way that helps others

Please remind me that I am not alone even in my darkest moments

Please let the courage building inside of me keep growing

Please give me the fortitude to not let my depression overtake me

But most of all, please give me the energy to keep moving forward, no matter how tired I am, no matter how exhausted I feel

For I am afraid that if I stop for just one minute, I might sink down into the ground and simply give up
