Day 355

Today was a train ride day, which was delayed by a few hours. We boarded in Denver and rode to Grand Junction. It was a serene ride with lots of beautiful scenery and animal sightings. We had lunch and dinner with some delightful passengers. We just got to the bed and breakfast, which is lovely. 

I thought about Mom this afternoon. Her yahrzeit is two days away, which feels unreal. It’s just hard to believe that it’s only been a year. So much has happened since then, my life has had some pretty major changes, with more on the way.
