I haven’t had a crying fit in over a week. Don’t get me wrong, I have cried, but not the kind of crying that completely engulfs your body. I’m a little worried because if I’m not getting that out now, just how big is my next meltdown going to be? I have enough problems as it is without adding a mental health crisis.
I’ve been putting on Try Guys videos and K-pop music for the last few weeks when I’m home. I can probably recite lines verbatim from the videos and I now know the vocal differences between the members of Blackpink and G-Idle.
I’m tired all the time, which is not great since grad school has now kicked off and work is getting busy. It still feels like I’m wading my way through molasses sometimes and my brain feels foggy. I just want to feel normal again.
