Day 165

Things of Mom’s that I came across today:

• Several USPS sweaters
• An old work ID
• A handwritten letter
• Old address book
• Magnets I brought back from trips
• Bookmarks

I opened a small journal and was immediately hit with the smell of Mom’s perfume. There were also two pictures that fell out. One was taken at Christmas when I was two years old and the other was at Disneyland when I met Minnie Mouse. I thought I was going to make it through the day without tears, but that broke me.
