…it’s the seventh night…

Thoughts while staring at the Hanukkah candles tonight:

• I can’t believe it’s almost 2021.
• I always assume that some people care about our relationship the same way I do and sometimes that’s not the case.
• Is this the person I want to be?
• I can’t make people care if they don’t want to.
• It’s hard to let some things go when all you want to do is cling onto them for dear life.
  

And that’s where I’m at right now.
