Festival of Lights and Hope – Night Five

And on night five, Eliza has taken a turn for the better as she recovers from RSV. My sweet girl is still not 100%, but she is eating more and has more energy than she has in the past few days. It’s hard to see her not feeling well and I tend to over-worry, so that’s not a great combination. But hearing her infectious giggles as she played with Hammy and flipped through her new books reminded me of how tough she is, even at a young age. We’re still going to stay home tomorrow from the congregational Hanukkah Shabbat out of an abundance of caution, but I’m planning on making it a special night.
