Day 135
I haven’t been sleeping well for the past couple of weeks. I’m not really sure why that is, but I’ve also been having some pretty strange dreams. Several dreams have had my mom in them, but I can’t remember anything beyond that. I had a particularly disturbing dream that woke me up in the middle of the night. All I remember from that is that a person I love was in it and something terrible happened to them. I immediately wanted to call someone because it was so vivid and my heart was racing. I’ll be fine, I just want a good night’s sleep.
I’m so sorry you are having bad dreams. Feel free to call me any time of night just to talk if you would like. I dream about my mom alot especially just after she died. We would be at a river me on one side her another side and I couldn’t get to her. My mom would just wave to me. That is just one dream I remember.
