Day 339

A group of friends threw me and my fiancée a wedding shower today. Both of his kids were able to come and it was a really lovely way to celebrate. To be honest, throwing any kind of pre-wedding celebration (other than a wedding blessing at services) was totally not at the top of my priority list, which my friends knew and they took it upon themselves to remedy that and I love them all so much for it.  It was incredibly thoughtful and reiterated how grateful I am for my chosen family.
