Day 270

Maxine had her annual exam and vaccinations today. She is 13 years old and doing pretty well. She has some muscle atrophy and the beginnings of arthritis but she was sweet and mellow with the vet and tech. I told a friend today that I want Maxine to meet the baby because it would almost be like Mom getting to meet her. That may sound silly, but besides a healthy baby girl, that’s all I want.
