Day 233

Today was a good day. I attended the bridal shower for two friends and it was wonderful to celebrate them. I can’t wait for their wedding in just a few weeks. 

My fiancée and I also talked out some wedding details and a vision of the day is slowly coming together. I was never someone who envisioned their wedding when I was little and I was more than a little intimidated at the prospect of planning even a small wedding. However, the more details we put together and confirm, the less scary it feels and it also feels like everything is perfectly reflecting us, who we are individually and as a couple. I just wish Mom was here.
