Day 62

Things I did today

• Put together and set up four escape rooms for closing day
• Sent many, many emajls
• Checked in for my flight
• Packed so many boxes
• Filled out paperwork

Things I still have to do

• Pack
• Laundry
• Clean apartment
• Take out trash

I’m tired but feel accomplished, so I’m going to call that a good day.

I kept thinking today that all I wanted to do was go home, but remembered that home is now the apartment and with one less dog and, y’know, a mom. The grief just hits unexpectedly.
